Inc. (ECF) Web site. Our mission is to educate and assist employment specialists and business people for the purpose of helping people with disabilities and disadvantages to secure successful employement. 

ECF meetings provide an environment where professionals share resources, information, and expertise.

Time to join ECF. Dues are $20 for annual membership.(Dues are tax deductible). Cash, check or money order. Mail membership dues and applications to:
